With the first game of the boys basketball season coming up in a little over a month, there is a lot to look forward to for the 2024 season. With incoming freshman and players who are on the bench, there is a lot of variety and combinations that can be created for head coach Jason Weaver.
“I think that this season is going to be really good and a couple guys that are on the bench are going to be really good,” forward Keaton Fyre said.
After reaching districts in late February last season, the team will have a lot of hope and positivity for this upcoming season in November.
With the players and versatility on the roster such as Steven Lozada, Bryan Gonzalez and Drew Petrie, there is a whole lot of confidence being spread throughout every player.
“We have a good amount of players; our whole varsity team is gonna be really good,” forward Julian Makhoul said. “We have pretty good chemistry and I think we can work together and do really great stuff with the team.”
The Falcons will go to Mahanoy Area High School on Nov. 30, 2024 for a matchup against the Golden Bears.
