Seasonal Affective Disorder is depression caused by seasonal changes. It is also known as “winter depression”
SAD can lead to serious effects if not treated. Those experiencing depression can have suicidal thoughts or adapt harmful patterns in daily life.
Salisbury club “Aevidum” offers support to students who are facing depression or anxiety.
Aevidum means “I’ve got your back.” The club aims to break the stigma regarding mental health.
Those who are in need of further support can reach out to a trusted adult.
