Makayla Mercado is a 9th grade student at Salisbury High School. She is a Journalism 1 student and is apart of the photography team. Mercado was a former varsity cheerleader and participated in the after school volleyball club SHS. Makayla has also been a competitive dancer since she was 3 years old and participates in many national dance conventions all around the U.S.
